Unless otherwise stated, RamTech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all standard material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from RamTech for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Client IP: Any proprietary technical drawings, CAD files (including Siemens NX data), or designs provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. RamTech operates under strict confidentiality protocols and uses these materials solely for manufacturing and engineering assessment purposes.

3. Products and Manufacturing Services

RamTech specializes in Advanced CNC Machining, Quartz & Ceramic Precision Machining, and Product Engineering. Regarding our services, please note:

• All quotes provided are estimates based on the drawings and specifications submitted at the time. Final pricing may be subject to material availability and final engineering reviews.
• We manufacture strictly to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Any deviations requested by the client must be formally documented and approved.
• Lead times are estimates and may be affected by global supply chain variables beyond our immediate control.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RamTech, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise. RamTech shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to the integration or failure of parts manufactured to client-provided specifications.

5. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
